How to invite users to a project?

In order to invite users to a project, you can navigate to the project in question and in the user section, click "Invite". A window will popup where you can enter the email that you want to invite and select a group to associate to it.

What are the permissions associated to the different groups?

There are four main groups that can be associated to a project:

  1. Admin:

    • Associate Roles and features
    • Group features(list/edit)
    • Project features (list/edit)
    • Networks Features (Routers, VPN, Ports, Subnets,...) (list/edit)
    • Instances (list/edit)
    • Floating IPs (list/assign)
    • Keypairs (list/edit)
    • Security Groups (list/edit)
    • Images (list/edit)
    • Volumes (list/edit)
    • Stacks (list/edit)
    • Object Storage (list/edit)

  2. Developer:

    • Instances (list/edit)
    • Floating IPs (list/assign)
    • Keypairs (list/edit)
    • Security Groups (list/edit)
    • Images (list/edit)
    • Volumes (list/edit)
    • Stacks (list/edit)
    • Object Storage (list/edit)

  3. System-Administrator:

    • Instances (list/edit)
    • Floating IPs (list/assign)
    • Keypairs (list/edit)
    • Security Groups (list/edit)
    • Images (list/edit)

  4. Accountant:

    • Billing

How can I know if I received an invitation to join a project?

If someone sent you an invitation to join a project, you will receive a confirmation email in the inbox of the email that is associated to your cloud account.

How can I delete users from a project?

In the user section of the project management page, you can click the edit wheel on the card that is associated to the user you wish to delete from the project.In the user section of the project management page, you can click the edit wheel on the card that is associated to the user you wish to delete from the project.
